Mary's Marvelous

Mary's Marvelous is a deli in East Hampton that makes everything from scratch. Serving coffee and baked goods, sandwiches, soups and take-home food, Mary's also offers lots of salads and has a strong emphasis on vegetarian dishes.

The Soup Du Jour changes daily and is always vegan and gluten-free (think Moroccan Lentil, White Bean, Fennel & Tomato, Mulligatawny and Lentil with Spinach), and the vegetarian salads can be made vegan if ordered without the cheese or honey dressing. There are also vegan sandwiches on offer (Avocado, Tomato & Cucumber and the Hummus Wrap) and the Quinoa Cake looks to also be plant-based. It's worth checking with your server when you order as there may be daily vegan specials as well.
