Bambino's Urban Pizzeria is an omni Italian restaurant in Colorado Springs with vegan options. You can build-your-own pizza using a selection of veggies (roasted garlic, zucchini, caramelized onions and more), vegan cheese and vegan sausage. You can also build-your-own salad. The restaurant has a modern feel and an ‘open performance kitchen’ where you can watch your pizza being made.
