Evergreens Salad

Evergreens Salad is a salad bar where you can choose from custom made salad bowls with proteins, fats, carbs and greens. They label their vegan options, which include two salads or wraps. These include the Rice Rice Baby bowl, and the Fast and the Curry-ous, with quinoa, beans and fruit. You can also make your own bowl or wrap, and there is tofu and avocado included in the premium toppings.
