Wheatgrass Saloon is a relaxed and friendly venue offering a range of healthy food and drink in the Livingstone area. The menu is fully vegan, apart from the inclusion of bee pollen as an extra, and includes gluten-free and raw options to choose from. Every dish is made fresh to order using organic and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. You can choose from a selection of fresh-fruit smoothies, cold-pressed juices, dragon bowls, health tonics & shots, as well as hot drinks. The downstairs cafe shares the space with Elk River Books so you can browse through a range of books while you are there. The upstairs space is an art gallery and eco-boutique showcasing local artists and selling a range of products from local trades and sourced from fair trade businesses.
