Rootz is an omni organic café and shop in Steamboat Springs. Vegan dishes include the organic pitaya bowl and the Buddha belly bowl (tofu, spring greens, rice, Korean BBQ sauce, house-made ginger kimchi, cashews, cucumber, carrot, red peppers, flax seed, peas shoots). Freshly-pressed organic juices and smoothies are also served. Local ingredients are used wherever possible.
