Van's Vietnamese Restaurant offers many traditional dishes, and a large vegetarian menu. Many of the dishes are cooked in a coconut sauce, and they use tofu as the veggie alternative. The options include Sautéed Tofu and Thin Vermicelli, Shredded Tofu and Broad Rice Noodles and Tofu soup. Please ask if these dishes are, or can be made vegan.
