The New Moon Café is a traditional breakfast and lunch café offering organic and local produce when possible. They offer vegan sausage and herbed tofu, and also have vegan options which are labelled clearly. These include the vegan classic breakfast and the 'vegan delight' with tempeh and veggies. They also offer three vegan (or veganizable) sandwiches, such as the BLT with tempeh, the tempeh reuben with Daiya cheese and mayo, and the 'veganator' with hummus and avocado. You can ask for tempeh or sausage on the side.
