Haab is a Mexican restaurant with traditional dishes, and they have recently launched a new vegan menu with many items to choose from! They have seitan as a substitute, as well as tofu, vegan cream and much more. Options include the Seitan Fajitas and Tacos, Tempeh Tacos, and the Vegan Burrito. Salads are also available with soy parmesan.
