3 Brothers Vegan Café is an all-vegan establishment with Italian cuisine, which includes pizza, pasta, and even burgers and sandwiches. All of the options offer an exciting twist on traditional dishes; tempeh, seitan, tofu and jackfruit are all used. All of the cheese is made fresh in-house and includes macadamia feta and cashew milk mozzarella. Menu options include "Fish" N Chips, Fettuccine Alfredo, Seitan Buffalo Pizza, and a Bacon Cheeseburger. They have over 6 different cheeses to choose from, and many interesting toppings for pizza, including breaded tofu and soy pepperoni. Gluten-free options are also available.
