Fiore's Bakery has an excellent selection of vegan sandwiches, bagels, and baked goods. Sandwich choices include tofu, seiten, cashew cheese, and hummus. There is also a selection of temping savory bagels, as well as baked goods such as vegan cinnamon buns. Gluten-free bread is available, please ask your server for suitability. Many of the sweet treats are both vegan and gluten-free, including cookies, cakes, and pie slices.
