Mizuna offers food and alcohol with a dynamic menu that changes seasonally. Many of their ingredients are local and organic. They state that most of their dishes can be made vegan on request. They have a vegan meatloaf sandwich, as well as chick pea tagine and black bean cakes. They also specify that all meat products are prepared on separate surfaces and grills.
