Their house-made soups are always vegan and you can choose any pizza with a sour dough, wheat or spelt crust. The Vegetazione Bravo Spelt pizza is vegan if ordered without the chêvre and comes with soy mozzarella, tofu, broccoli, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, spinach, tomato sauce and tarragon. With their understanding of veganism, it's likely that you can tweak other pizzas or sub out the dairy cheese in order to make them plant-based so just check with your server when you order.
