Established in 1985, Naturally Good Foods and Cafe is Montauk’s primary health food store.
The café offers organic fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, salads, organic coffee, teas and vegan baked goods. Specials change daily and include homemade soups and veggie burgers, veggie stir-frys, burritos, salad specials and a variety of wraps.
There are a number of vegan options as standard on Naturally Good Food & Café's menu... Go simple with a Bagel and Almond Cream Cheese or enjoy the more decadent Scrambled Tofu Burrito. As expected, many of the salads are vegan-friendly and you can make your own with a big scoop of hummus. Plant-based cheese is available as an extra so asking for the vegetarian sandwiches to be made vegan shouldn't be a problem. And Cajun Tofu is one of the protein options for the Mexican dishes on offer, so they should all also be easily made vegan by subbing out the dairy cheese.
