Kathmandu Restaurant is an award-winning omni Indian restaurant with a location in Boulder and Nederland. Vegan dishes include tofu masala (chunks of tofu in a creamy sauce with herbs), Sherpa stew (fresh vegetables with spiced broth, potato and dumplings) and tofu aloo and peas (tofu, potatoes and peas in a tomato/onion seasoned sauce). Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order. There is an all-you-can-eat buffet at lunch and dinner time.
