Mana Food Bar is a vegetarian restaurant in Chicago, open since 2008. Vegan dishes include the Ful bean dip (Ethiopian spiced fava bean dip with Kalamata olive relish and toasted ciabatta), Mapo tofu (sweet potato and tofu cooked in a spicy Szechwan peppercorn sauce, over brown rice) and sweet and sour tofu (seared tofu with pineapple sweet and sour over sautéed greens). There is outdoor patio seating.
