Nhu Lan Bakery is an omni Vietnamese bakery, with two locations in Chicago. Serving French and Vietnamese fusion food and tropical drinks. Vegan items are labeled on the menu. There are several banh mi Saigon subs (lemongrass tofu, ginger tofu and vegan pate and ham) and a vegan Pho noodle soup (tofu, mushroom, Chinese vegetable).
