Turtle Boat is a seafood restaurant in Denver with good vegan options. Their specialty are poki salads, with vegan protein options of tofu, tempeh or alma (house-made soy-free protein, made of ancient grains from three continents). Choose from a mixed greens, brown or white rice base, a wide selection of vegetables and toppings such as nori dust and roasted coconut. Locally-grown produce is used where possible.
