Wyler Road is an omni sandwich restaurant in Chicago. Many items can be made vegan upon request such as the Reuben (house-made seitan, Swiss, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, bread and butter pickles, on cocktail rye) and sweet potato melt (sweet potato fritter, Roth's moody bleu, onion, fennel ragout, rosemary pistou, on sourdough). Locally-sourced ingredients are used where possible.
