Soulwich is an omni Asian sandwich shop in Evanston. Serving cuisine inspired by Burma, Singapore, India, Thailand and Indonesia. Vegan dishes include the Burmese coconut curry sandwich (Burmese coconut curry, onion, raisin, coconut, served with pickled carrots, cilantro and chili aioli toasted on locally baked bread with a choice of sides) and ginger peanut salad. Local produce is used where possible.
