Mingle Juice Bar is an omni health-food café in Glenview. Vegan options include the purple rain açaí bowl (organic açaí blended with coconut water, cacao nib, hemp heart, mixed berries and banana, topped with granola and your choice of almond or peanut butter), veggie chili soup with mock meat and the miso ginger broth. Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
