Busaba is an omni Thai restaurant in Louisville with good vegan options. All five of the vegetarian entrée dishes can be made vegan upon request, including the basil eggplant (stir-fried purple eggplant, mushroom, and carrot in soy bean sauce with sweet basil leaf) and the three flavor tofu (panko crusted deep-fried organic tofu topped with basil leaf, carrot and bell pepper in spicy three flavor sauce). There are also vegan appetizers, noodle and fried rice dishes.
