Namaste Nepal Restaurant is an omni Indian restaurant in Grand Junction. Vegan dishes include tadka daal (Yellow lentils flavored with cumin seeds and masala tadka), chana saag (Freshly chopped spinach and garbanzo beans cooked in Indian herbs and spiced with creamy curry sauce) and mushroom mutter (Curried mushroom with cashew nuts and garden green peas). Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
