Blossom is a vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant which is a family business. They use non-gmo soybeans to produce all soy products, including tofu. They create meat alternatives and use them under their traditional names 'pork', 'beef' and more. Their options include caramelized jackfruit, blossom fried rice, pineapple mushroom seitan, and more. They also have 'seafood' dishes which are veggie. They use egg in some of their dishes, so please ask for alternative noodles or for the egg to be omitted.
