Tofu Hut is an Asian Fusion restaurant with options which can be made vegan, which are labelled as such. However, please state your dietary needs so they can modify the dish appropriately. These dishes include the Drunken Noodles, the Tofu Vegetable Salad. the Inari Sushi and the Pineapple Curry Fried Rice. They also carry vegan and gluten-free cupcakes!

    New management recently, and food got better. So good. Nearly all can be made vegan. Very nice staff. Quiet place. For veggies living in Lacey, Tofu Hut is a godsend.

    We’ve been to this place three times now and absolutely LOVE IT!!! The service is amazing and the food so fresh. There are so many vegan options it’s hard to choose. Also, the owner came to our table and asked if everything was good. It was so neat! We loved it so much we had to bring our parents too who were visiting from Canada. Their menu also has options for those who are not vegan. We are definitely going to visit this place more often.
