Bingo Burger is an omni burger restaurant chain in Colorado. The veggie burger is vegan an is made from quinoa, garbanzo, mushrooms, vegan mayo and Pueblo chilies. Try it in a multi-grain bun or lettuce wrap with tomato, sliced avocados and grilled onions. The restaurants signature flavor is the locally-grown and roasted Pueblo chili.
