TAKE NOTE: If you would like a fully cooked vegan pizza, when the pizzeria is open, please let someone know before you get in line so they can start it for you. This pizza takes 15-20 minutes to bake.
Cheeseboard Collective is a worker-owned and operated bakery, cheese shop, and pizzeria. All staff are paid the same wage and share in the decision-making process. There is no boss and no manager. The pizzas never have meat and are topped with organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Vegan pizzas are made with vegan cheese from The Butcher’s Son vegan deli in Berkeley.
