LinX

LinX is a fast-casual joint specializing in artisan sausages, craft beers and Belgian frites. Their sausages are steamed in beer then grilled to perfection. You can choose a signature sausage or create your own. They have a variety of locally sourced organic toppings and tasty sauces. You can sit inside or outside on the patio.

They carry vegan artisan dogs and often have vegan specials. Their Asian Vegan Dog is topped with baby greens, carrots, cabbage and cucumbers (swap the honey badger sauce). Specials have include chili, a dog with cayenne spiced potatoes, corn, onions and bell peppers, and one with olive tapenade, artichokes, over-roasted tomato and pesto.
