Ralston's Goat is an omni American restaurant in Modesto. Vegan options include the vegan “pulled pork” sandwich (shredded jackfruit and pickled cabbage on our house-made vegan bread), keziah toscano lasagna (basil oil, mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, onions, bruschetta tomatoes, garlic, marinated tofu) and zucchini boats (fancy zucchini stuffed with our vegan pulled-pork, vegan bacon, bruschetta tomatoes served with vegan polenta on a pool of marinara sauce).
