New Earth Superfoods is a vegan, organic, raw restaurant in San Louis Obispo. All dishes are soy and GMO-free, with a focus on cultured and fermented foods that are nutrient-dense. Specialties include the sprouted gluten-free pizza, vegan sushi and the granola fudge bowl with house-made coconut probiotic yoghurt. There are a wide range of cold-pressed juices and smoothies which can be supplemented by superfood and protein powders such as hemp, ricocu, cacao and alfalfa grass.
