The Ravens Restaurant is a luxury organic, vegan restaurant within peaceful Stanford Inn eco-resort in Mendocino. Dishes are prepared using nutritionally-dense ingredients and local produce from the inn’s gardens. Menu highlights include the savory breakfast crepe (chickpea crepe with seasonal vegetables and served with our cashew cheese sauce. Choice of country potatoes, sweet potatoes or refried pinto beans), the ravioli (spinach and herb ricotta ravioli, garlic caper marinara, wilted garden greens and parmesan cheese) and the BBQ sliders (choice of BBQ Portobello or BBQ pulled trumpet mushroom sliders on house-made buns. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes, lime crème fraiche cabbage slaw).
