Sammy's Woodfired Pizza is a chain of restaurants serving woodfired pizza, tasty tapas, fresh salads and drinks. They focus on fresh, local, organic, and nutritionally balanced ingredients wherever possible, and all of their dishes are prepared without butter or artificial trans fat. They clearly mark their vegan and gluten-free options, and offer gluten-free pizza crust and Daiya vegan cheese.
