Que SeRaw SeRaw is an award-winning organic, raw, gluten-free and vegan restaurant in Burlingame. Highlights are the dill soup (organic Roma tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, dates, dill, lemon, olive oil, salt), the no bean hummus dip (organic walnuts, zucchini, sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon, garlic, cayenne, salt) and the nori rolls with ‘same as salmon’ (organic almonds and sunflower seeds, carrots, celery, red onion, dill, lemon, tamari, nori, avocado, cucumbers, arugula, Romaine, salt). Note that there is no seating inside and the restaurant is a take-away concept.
