Mongkut Thai Restaurant is an omni Thai restaurant in San Clemente with a separate vegetarian menu. Vegan options include the tofu Thai wraps (crispy rice, bean cake, ginger, onion, cilantro and peanuts, tossed with spicy lime sauce, served with Romaine lettuce leaves), the Tom Kha Pak soup (coconut milk, cabbage, mushrooms, carrot, snow peas, baby corn, bean cake, cilantro and green onion) and the paradise curry (red curry with pineapple, bean cake and cashew nuts). There are also numerous vegetable, rice and noodle dishes available. Note that vegan items are not listed on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
