DiLac Vegetarian Cuisine is a friendly restaurant serving mainly Vietnamese vegetarian dishes. The owners have recreated recipes from their homeland to create modern vegetarian dishes using a variety of vegetables, tofu and mock meats.
The vegan dishes are clearly marked on their menu and include savory crepes with shrimp, tofu and veggies, beef salad with lemon dressing, deep fried fish filet with ginger sauce, eggplant with sweet basil, curry tofu and stir-fried broccoli and tofu. They also offer vegan pizzas.
