Pita Kitchen Plus opened in June 2008. Their goal is to provide the region with authentic Mediterranean cuisine, healthy natural food made from scratch, and excellent service. All prepared foods are made from scratch in their kitchen daily, with no additives or preservatives used. Fresh pita is baked daily in addition to savory pies, desserts, and more. There are lots of clearly marked vegan options to choose from on the menu, including the Vegan Star Sandwich, the Vegan's Choice Sandwich, and the Vegan Lunch Special.
