Hidden Fortress Coffee Roasting is a coffee shop roasting their own coffee and crafting delicious beverages. They also serve soup, sandwiches, salads and breakfast items. Their aim is to create sustainably produced artisan foods and they support and source locally produced organic food from small family farms.

They have a couple of vegan options on their menu, which include heirloom tomato minestrone and a Mediterranean sandwich containing hummus, artichoke, olive tapenade and roasted veggies. Other items may be suitable but please check with your server.
