Ike's Lair of Redwood City is a gourmet sandwich shop serving a variety of hand-helds for lunch and dinner. You can choose your type of bread which includes gluten-free. The vegetarian sandwiches can all be made vegan, and include the Pilgrim (vegan turkey, cranberry sauce and sriracha), the Reading Rainbow (avocado, Ike’s red pesto and cheddar) and the Meatless Mike (vegan meatballs, marinara and pepper jack).
