Guayaki Mate Café

Guayaki Mate Café is a relaxed and open café specializing in fair trade, organic yerba mate. They prepare it in a traditional gourd or you can choose any number of drinks from mate latte to mate chai to iced mate. They also offer incredible organic food. You can sit inside or at the front of the café. They host art showings, performers and musicians.

Their ingredients are organic and locally sourced, and they offer healthy gluten-free and vegan options. They are not clearly marked on the menu but may include BBQ tempeh sticks, hummus garden salad, soup of the day, garden veggie burgers, hummus wraps, acai bowls and smoothies. They carry gluten-free buns and wraps.
