Red Scooter is an omni American deli and café in Paso Robles. Vegan items include the Thai tofu wrap (spiced tofu, chopped peanuts, cucumber, carrots, red bell, green onion, greens, tossed with spicy peanut sauce in wheat tortilla), avocado reuben hot sandwich (avocado, sauerkraut, red onions, roasted red peppers, spinach, vegan cheese, vegan 1000 Island dressing, served hot on toasted multigrain rye) and the quinoa salad (quinoa, chickpeas, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, red bell, red onion, pepperoncinis, Italian dressing).
