Gaia's Garden is a vegetarian buffet restaurant serving delicious, organic food by the plate and bowl. You can also order from a specials menu and they have a vegan and gluten-free brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. They also offer fine beers and wines, homemade chai, French press coffee, coconut water, juices and cane sugar sweetened sodas.
Their international Vegeteria buffet changes daily but may include dishes such as corn chowder, coconut vegetable curry, tofu and greens, cornbread, steamed vegetables, polenta with marinara sauce, a full salad bar, fruit and coconut tapioca. They have Ital Caribbean food every Friday.
The weekend brunch may include tofu scramble, potatoes, sausage patties and biscuits with mushroom gravy, baked yams, black beans, fried plantain, pancakes, and tortillas, pico de gallo and corn salsas for those who want to make their own breakfast burritos.
