Au Lac is an elegant vegan restaurant specializing in traditional Vietnamese cuisine with an ever-increasing menu of dishes and flavors to suit every diet. They use organic produce and natural ingredients.
They have many gluten-free and raw options. Their dishes include BBQ pork rolls, salt and peppered shrimp, yellow noodle soup, living kale sea salad, shiitake octopus with black rice, raw tostada, cheesy kelp noodles, lemongrass fish, sweet and spicy tempeh, rosemary chicken provolone and raw tiramisu. They also serve a selection of alcoholic drinks, cocktails, juice blends and kombucha.
