Chibiscus is an Asian café specializing in Japanese food for lunch and dinner. They fuse unique cooking techniques from around the world to create interesting flavors and textures in their ramen. They make everything in small batches and their broths are cooked for at least 14 hours for optimal flavor. Their ingredients are locally sourced.

They offer gluten-free rice noodles and two different types of vegan ramen; one made with caramelized vegetables and herbs, and a spicy miso option. You can choose braised tofu and vegetables as your protein, and various toppings including bamboo shoots, red gingers, mushrooms, sweetcorn and fried cabbage. Other dishes, such as sushi or salads, may also be vegan but please check with your server. They also offer a variety of milk teas, iced teas, smoothies and slushies.
