Eko Eats is an informal restaurant serving Korean inspired meals using the highest quality organic and non-GMO ingredients. They are committed to serving nourishing, natural food that supports small, local suppliers.
They clearly mark the options that can be made vegan and gluten-free, which includes much of the menu. Vegan dishes include fried tofu bibimbap, tofu salad, kimchi fried rice, japchae glass noodles, ramen and a deluxe lunchbox that contains roasted tofu over rice, japchae, seasoned broccoli, assorted pickles and a side of house-made sambal. They have a dedicated vegan-friendly fryer.
