Happy Veggie Garden is a vegetarian Chinese restaurant located inside the 99 Ranch Market Plaza. They strive to source their produce from local farmers that use sustainable farming practices, and their soy meat alternatives are made from soybeans, grains, and peas.
Although not marked on the menu, most of their offerings are vegan, but please do check with your server. Dishes may include lettuce wraps, radish cakes, meatballs with glass noodle soup, crispy king mushrooms, eggplant with basil, shredded tofu with pork, cashew shrimp, fish hotpot and kung pao chick'n.
