Nomad Asian Bistro is an omni Asian restaurant in Long Beach. Vegan options include kung pao tofu (wok-fried tofu cubes, peanuts, dry roasted red chilies, chopped scallions, special kung pao brown sauce), orange tofu (wok-fried tofu cubes in savory orange sauce, dry red chili, chopped scallions) and sauteéd asparagus (fresh asparagus lightly sauteéd with garlic). Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
