Mesa Verde Restaurant is an award-winning organic, vegetarian restaurant in Santa Barbara. 90% of the dishes on the menu are vegan and there are many gluten-free options. Vegan dishes include the roasted mushroom burger (carrot, smoked onion, lettuce, tomato, cornichons, Dijon, cashew aioli), sausage and onion pizza (macadamia ricotta, wheatberry sausage, red onion, oregano, chili flake, marinara) and the Caesar salad (avocado, grilled and raw romaine, caperberry, house-made sourdough crouton, radish, vegan cashew Caesar dressing). Each dish is colorful and arranged like a work of art.
