Niko Niko Sushi

Niko Niko Sushi is an omni Japanese restaurant in Redlands. There is a vegetarian section on the menu which includes mostly vegan items. Highlights are the Mel Roll Place (edamame, mango, cucumber, seaweed, rice, soy paper and avocado), the tofu stir-fry rice bowl (Teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, rice) and the avocado roll. Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
