Hidden Peak Teahouse

Hidden Peak Teahouse is a spacious tea shop tucked away down the pedestrian only walkway, Plaza Lane, with indoor seating and a garden patio. They offer full Gung fu tea service, Gaiwan cha and all-vegan tea snacks, as well as selling bulk teas, tea ware, antiques, art and curios. They also host tea-tasting events and private tastings.

It is a digital-free zone (no laptops, Kindles, cellphones, iPods, iPads, etc) where you can remember what it's like to read books, write, play chess or backgammon and meet each other in a community space. They also have live acoustic music and spin vinyl the rest of the time.

They are deeply committed to sourcing ingredients locally and organically whenever possible so their selection of snacks changes daily. Most items are gluten-free and all items are vegan. Items might include raw flax crackers and hummus, raw heirloom tomato tartine, gomasio rice patties, nut and seed brittle square, and cardamom and orange cashew cream cup with dark chocolate crust.
