Craft Kafé serves 100% gluten-free artisan fare as well as a selection of locally roasted coffees, loose-leaf teas and craft sodas. They use organic ingredients from local sustainable sources to create traditional baked goods, sandwiches, salads, ice cream and gelato.
They have several vegan options, which include walnut ricotta and beet salad, a quinoa burger with nacho cheese, daily soups and cakes.
