Silver Pond is an omni award-winning Chinese restaurant in Colorado Springs. There is an extensive vegetarian menu, with many of the dishes appearing to be vegan – including crispy fried tofu, veggie pad Thai, kung pao tofu, strawberry tofu and eggplant garlic sauce. Be sure to mention to your server that you are vegan when placing your order. Eat-in, take-away and catering services are available.
